The Conservator has started work on the first Vault.
Vault #38 is located underneath a small town on the outskirts of Detroit. A large network of tunnels have always been rumored to run below this city.
Once connecting to the local psychiatric hospital that was the heart of the communities workforce, most of the entrances to the tunnels were sealed off, or simply, lost to history. During Prohibition the Society For Historical Recovery vacated Vault #38, in fear bootleggers would stumble upon the site.
Vault #38 is not particularly difficult to find, that is, if you can access the series of tunnels. The only known entrances still in existence are located in private residences, local businesses, or in one specific families mausoleum in the nearby burying grounds.
